Wai Kru & World Teachers’ Day 2018!
Thai traditional ceremony called Wai Kru. Wai is an action of Thai to show respect to others by putting the hands together like in prayer. Kru means teacher.
The aim of Wai Kru is to give students the opportunity to express respect and gratitude towards teachers.
